The service is very similar to deposit services of banks. They also require ID verification and KYC similar to banks. If you need to seek withdrawal permissions from a service, then that would mean that the service is a custodian and thus, the app cannot be verified.

In addition to reading our analysis, it is important to do your own checks. Before transferring any bitcoin to your wallet, look up reviews for the wallet you want to use. They should be easy to find. If they aren't, that itself is a reason to be extra careful.
