Do your own research!
Try out searching for "lost bitcoins", "stole my money" or "scammers" together with the wallet's name, even if you think the wallet is generally trustworthy. For all the bigger wallets you will find accusations. Make sure you understand why they were made and if you are comfortable with the provider's reaction.
The Analysis ¶
UPDATED 2021-09-01 This app does not actually provide services for crpytocurrency trading. Also in the FAQs, accounts are funded
via bank transfer and your bank card
This app does not appear to support BTC.
Wallets Africa is quite a broad product, the lack of source code makes it impossible to verify this app and there are no statements on their website as to management of private keys.
Our verdict: This “wallet” is probably custodial and therefore is not verifiable.
The product is not for BTC.
As part of our Methodology, we ask:Is it for bitcoins? If not, we tag it No BTC
At this point we only look into wallets that at least also support BTC.
